Pricing FAQ
Are there any hidden fees?
No. No setup fee, no monthly minimum on Free, no hardware, no cancellation fee. Stripe charges their own 1.5% + 20p per UK card — that's separate and industry-standard.
Do I need a contract?
No. You can switch plans or cancel anytime from your billing page. If you cancel mid-month, you stop getting charged at the next renewal.
Who gets the money from orders?
You do, directly. Customers pay via Stripe; Stripe deposits the money in your bank account (typically within 2 business days). We only take our platform fee (2% on Free, or the monthly subscription on Pro).
What happens if I'm on Pro and have a quiet month?
You still pay £29. That's the trade-off for the flat rate. If you're having consistently quiet months, switch back to Free for that period — it's a click.
Do you charge for additional staff accounts?
No. Staff accounts (when we add them) will be included on both plans.
Do tips go to me or to you?
Tips go to you. They're added to the payment and flow to your Stripe account like the rest of the order.
